Robert Evan Stintzi II, 58, died at Cape Coral FL Hospice on October 26, 2007
after losing his battle with cancer. Robert (Bob/Butch) was born May 30, 1949 in
Long Branch, NJ. He is the son of the late Robert (Bob) and Marilyn Stintzi.
Following his graduation from Custer High School in Milwaukee, WI in 1967, Bob
enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corp. He was a decorated combat veteran of the
Vietnam War and the recipient of a Purple Heart for wounds received in that
action.
Following his tour of duty, he moved to the Fort Myers FL area where he
started and was president of a successful business, TWI, Inc. In his spare time,
he enjoyed things like air boats, ultra light airplanes, golfing, paint ball
tournaments with his son and riding his Harley Davidson with his many friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife Shari and infant son Mark Allan from a
previous marriage. He is survived by his daughter Kaitlyn Nicole and son Robert Evan III.
